My Story and How it All Started
Mom of two, lover of travel, researcher, deal seeker, homeschooler, lifelong learner, beach reader, and the list just continues!
Fun Fact: Believe it or not, my husband and I actually met in an airport! Yes, we met in the customs line at the Tel Aviv Airport and ended up on the same tour. You never know who you will meet traveling!
Before kids, my husband and I traveled the world visiting over 15 countries together, and once we had kids things got more expensive and a lot harder to fit travel into our budget! We would try saving every month for our travel funds but it took us so long to save and we were always trying to find low cost budget travel deals!
Feeling discouraged and like our travel days were behind us I began searching for a solution! There had to be a better way to travel than looking for last minute budget deals and sitting through horrible promo talks for a discounted stay!
I finally learned a strategy that turned our everyday expenses into points that we could redeem for hotels and airfare, making travel so AFFORDABLE! We didn’t need to find budget deals anymore! We could book hotels and resorts for $0!! We can fly our whole family for $44 round trip! WHAT!!!
Even with my busy mom schedule I was able to implement this strategy and use my groceries, gas, sports fees, doctor bills, etc and use those expenses towards our future travels no matter how big or small our plans were!
We call it “nearly free travel” because we still pay fees for airfare, food, and activity costs, but imagine having your hotel and airfare costs covered by points! We saved over $23,000 this year alone!

I created Travel Momma.co in the summer of 2023 and started creating teaching materials to teach families how to replicate what we do so they can finally achieve their travel dreams!
At Travel Momma.co, my goal is to teach you everything I have learned to help you save money anytime you decide to travel. Whether you travel once a year to visit family or want to travel several times a year, this is a strategy worth learning because you can save thousands of dollars every time you travel!
